How to manage My Orders?

How to manage My Orders?

In Fooder Lite, the core element and most trafficked page would be My Orders page. From there, you can see the pending orders, the accepted and cancelled orders. You can pick one from the pending orders, explore it's details and even canceling it or accepting it in real-time and much more.

Login to your account in Fooder Lite and from the dashboard:
1) Go to My orders.
2) Order Status Tabs
3) Search for orders by Order ID
4) Those are the pending orders (Incoming Orders) that waiting for further processing. Each one wrapped in a card.



Every order has it's unique details:
  1. Order Number
  2. Customer Name
  3. Customer Phone No.
  4. Ordering Service Type: Delivery, Pickup, Dine-in
  5. Grand Total Price of the order
  6. Order Status: Pending, Accepted, Cancelled.


Next, pressing on the card itself will show us more details as can be seen with steps and the screenshot below:
1) Press on the card element
2) The order number which starting with #
3) The Current Order Status
4) Cancel the order
5) Accept the order
6) Customer Information (Name + Phone No.)
7) Receipt Date
8) Order details (Item Quantity +Name, Item Addons, Item Price, Item Total Price )
9) Customer Notes for the order + Customer Address
10) Receipt Details
      a) Subtotal
      b) VAT
      c) Delivery Fee
      d) Delivery VAT
      e) Grand Total
